Integrated mental health intervention in compulsive detoxification center and its enduring effects

INTERVENTION: Group A (explorative intervention):Integrated mental heath interventions were implemented both in the detoxification center and at each follow‐up after released;Group B (intervention):Integrated mental heath interventions were implemented both in the detoxification center and at each follow‐up after released;Group C (control):music therapy; CONDITION: Heroin addiction PRIMARY OUTCOME: Abstinence rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Abstinence time; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Detoxified for at least 10 days, lived in Wuhan City, and met DSM‐ IV criteria for heroin dependence
