INTERVENTION: E02.594.540 This is an experimental, controlled and randomized clinical trial that aims to evaluate the hemodynamic variables of blood pressure and heart rate among patients undergoing Systemic Photobiomodulation FBMS on the primitive carotid artery using hormone blockers (tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors) . And therefore, analyze the dosages of specific biomarkers (Homocysteine‐HCI and ultrasensitive CRP‐us‐CRP) so that possible early hemodynamic changes and the presence of cardiovascular diseases can be identified. The application of transdermal Systemic Photobiomodulation in the carotid and primitive artery and measurement of hemodynamic values ??are carried out by the main researcher with the involvement of professionals from different areas: biomedical, nursing and medicine who work at the Ribeirão Preto Cancer Hospital / SOBECcan Foundation. Therefore, blood collection is performed by nurses at the Ribeirão Preto Cancer Hospital / SOBECcan Foundation. In this study are included 25 women, mastectomized, aged between 30 and 85 years; who are undergoing treatment at the Center for Rehabilitation and Research in Photobiomodulation of the Hospital de Câncer de Ribeirão Preto, undergoing hormonal treatment using Tamoxifen (TAM) and aromatase inhibitors (AI). Study groups, in order to achieve the proposed objectives, and meet the study design, groups were randomly drawn by envelopes, hidden, forming two study groups: Group 1, called the Experimental Group (G1), formed by 13 mastectomized women aged between 30 and 85 years; who are undergoing treatment at the Center for Rehabilitation and Research in Photobiomodulation, Hospital de Câncer de Ribeirão Preto, undergoing treatment with hormone blockers, using TAM and AI, undergoing FBMS, in the primitive carotid artery; Group 2, Named CONDITION: C04.588.180 Hypertension; Heart Rate PRIMARY OUTCOME: The present study aims as a direct benefit the possible control of blood pressure and heart rate values in patients who use Tamoxifen and Aromatase Inhibitors, through the use of low intensity laser therapy in the artery located in the neck in hospital care. of cancer in Ribeirão Preto SECONDARY OUTCOME: Secondary outcomes are not expected. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Women; mastectomized; aged between 30 and 85 years; submitted to hormonal treatment with the use of Tamoxifen and Aromatase Inhibitors
