A study to compare two herbal paste for the treatment of breast engorgement in mothers after childbirth .

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: O911‐ Abscess of breast associated withpregnancy, the puerperium and lactation PRIMARY OUTCOME: Six point breast engorgement scale, Oxford scale for assessing breast pain, fever, redness, warmness, fatigueTimepoint: Baseline day 0, day1 ,day2, day3, day4, day5, day6 postpartum SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1.Adverse effect related to the study medications ; 2.Pain,swelling, redness over the breast assessed using Oxford scaleTimepoint: Baseline day 0, day1 ,day2, day3, day4, day5, day6 postpartum INCLUSION CRITERIA: Puerperal women after vaginal or caesarean section diagnosed with stanapeeda with respect to breast engorgement.
