INTERVENTION: Double main bend group:None;Main Waist Bend Group:None;Main thoracic curve group:None;Control group:Schroth Therapy training twice a week for a total of 8 weeks (60 minutes each time, including 10 minutes of warm‐up +40 minutes of core training +10 minutes of relaxation);Intervention group:Combined training twice a week for 8 weeks (60 minutes per session, including 10 minutes of warm‐up, 20 minutes of Schr?th therapy, 20 minutes of targeted training for the lower limbs on one side, and 10 minutes of relaxation).; CONDITION: Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Gait Symmetry Index; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Gait Biomechanics: (1) Spatiotemporal parameters: stride length, step width, step time, stance phase duration, step frequency, etc.;;Spinal Function (1) Cobb Angle (2) Lumbar Back Muscle Endurance;SRS‐22r;Kinematic parameters: joint angles of the hip, knee, and ankle in the sagittal, coronal, and transverse planes.;Incidence of adverse events;Progression of spinal deformity; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Cross‐sectional studies: 1. Clinically diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), with a Lenke classification that falls under primary thoracic curve/principal lumbar curve/dual primary curves; 2. Age between 10 and 19 years, with a Cobb angle of 20–40°; 3. No history of spinal surgery, and no use of spinal orthotic devices during the assessment period; 4. Lower limb length difference (LLD) of less than 2 cm; 5. Normal to mildly abnormal arch shape (navicular bone depression of 5–9 mm); 6. Ability to walk independently, and capability to participate in assessments related to gait biomechanics; 7. Minors must obtain written consent from themselves and their guardians, while participants over 18 years of age must sign the consent form themselves. RCT studies: 1. Meeting the basic clinical criteria for stage II (age 10–19 years, Cobb angle of 20–40°, LLD of less than 2 cm, and arch shape within acceptable limits);
