Effect of a Self-Efficacy Focused Intervention on Skin Toxicity, Self-Management, and Quality of Life in Lung Cancer Patients Receiving Targeted Therapy A Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Experimental Behavioral,Active Comparator Other Participants receive a structured educational and supportive care program according to study protocol. Duration: 16 weeks. Mode of delivery: Face to face sessions and telephone or online support. Content: The program includes education video learning feedback and problem solving. Participants perform self care regularly. The program improves self efficacy and reduces dermatologic adverse events.,Participants receive standard oncology care according to institutional guidelines. Content: Usual care includes routine follow‐up, symptom assessment, and general education on medication use and skin care. Age 18 years or older 2. Confirmed diagnosis of EGFR mutation positive advanced non small cell lung cancer Receiving EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy for at least 4 weeks 3. Presence of dermatologic adverse events related to treatment 4. Ability to communicate and provide informed consent
