INTERVENTION: Group 1: sailors susceptible to seasickness, 1250 mg vitamin C chewing gum, 30 minutes of VR exposure Group 2: sailors susceptible to seasickness, placebo chewing gum, 30 minutes of VR exposure Group 3: sailors without susceptibility to seasickness (control group), 1250 mg vitamin C chewing gum, 30 minutes of VR exposure Group 4: sailors without susceptibility to seasickness (control group), placebo chewing gum, 30 minutes of VR exposure CONDITION: ; T75.3 Motion sickness T75.3 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Measure of motion sickness symptoms before and after 30 minutes VR exposure with Simulator Sickness Questionnaire (SSQ) and every minute during exposure with Fast Motion Sickness scale (FMS). INCLUSION CRITERIA: at least one year of offshore sailing experience written consent to participate in the study
