INTERVENTION: Device E02.594.540 E02.779 The 40 volunteers will be randomly divided into four groups through the Excel® random number table. ‐ Group A (n = 10): Control ‐ The 10 volunteers will undergo kinesiotherapy exercises evidencing the strengthening of CORE muscles. ‐ Group B (n = 10): The 10 volunteers will be submitted to kinesiotherapy exercises demonstrating the strengthening of the CORE muscles Associated with the application of the 660 nm low intensity laser, 10 points will be performed on the region of the vertebral foramen of the lumbar region with energy density of 7.5 J / cm2 and power of 30 mW. ‐ Group C (n = 10): The 10 volunteers will undergo kinesiotherapy exercises evidencing the strengthening of CORE muscles associated with Manual Therapy, joint mobilization of the lumbar vertebrae, volunteers will be evaluated to observe vertebral mobility and joint mobilization will be (grades I and II) or 3 series of 60 seconds (Grades III and IV) were performed in the vertebrae that most evidenced the patient's symptoms. ‐ Group D (n = 10): The 10 volunteers will be submitted to kinesiotherapy exercises demonstrating the strengthening of CORE muscles Associated with the application of the 660 nm low intensity laser, 10 points will be performed on the region of the vertebral foramen of the lumbar region with an energy density of 7.5 J / cm2 and a power of 30 mW, associated with Manual Therapy, articular mobilization of the lumbar vertebrae, the volunteers will be evaluated to observe the vertebral mobility and the joint mobilization will be performed in the vertebra that most evidence the patient's symptoms 3 series of 40 seconds (Grade I and II) or 3 series of 60 seconds (Grade III and IV). CONDITION: C10.597.617.140.400 Chronic Low back pain ; C10.597.617.140.400 PRIMARY OUTCOME: As a primary endpoint of this research, we expect the functional improvement of patients with low back pain, using the Oswestry questionnaire, which evaluates the functional capacity of the Spine, this questionnaire includes ten six‐point scales, which evaluate from the intensity of the pain and the incidence of pain in activities of daily living. All items except sexual activity are used in the calculation of a total population over the individual. The score of the questionnaire is made by summing the responses of the items, which will give a score of 0 to 100, with the results interpreted in: score of 0‐20 represents minimal disability, 20 to 40 represent moderate disability, 40 to 60 represents severe disability, and scores above 60 indicate that the patient is severely affected, index equivalent to total disability.; The questionnaire is quantified by its score ranging from 0 to 100.; ; The questionnaire was applied at the beginning of the collection and was re‐evaluated at the end of the treatment program.; 01/03/2016 to 04/15/2016 ‐ first group of 5 patients who were randomized in the groups.; 07/15/2016 to 08/29/2016 ‐ second group of 10 patients who were randomized in the groups.; 03/03/2017 to 04/17/2017 ‐ third group of 10 patients who were randomized in the groups.; 01/08/2017 to 09/15/2017 ‐ fourth group of 5 patients who participated in the study.; 10/01/2018 to 24/02/2018 ‐ last group of 10 patients ; 01/03/2016 to 04/15/2016 ‐ first group of 5 patients who were randomized in the groups. ; 07/15/2016 to 08/29/2016 ‐ second group of 10 patients who were randomized in the groups. ; 03/03/2017 to 04/17/2017 ‐ third group of 10 patients who were randomized in the groups. ; 01/08/2017 to 09/15/2017 ‐ fourth group of 5 patients who participated in the study. ; 10/01/2018 to 2/24/2018 ‐ last group of patients 10 INCLUSION CRITERIA: Symptomatic volunteers with complaints in the lower back, more than 3 months of complaints SECONDARY OUTCOME: As a secondary outcome, we expect to improve the strength of CORE muscles so that this occurs all volunteers will undergo the exercise protocol for better stabilization of CORE muscles. ; In the initial evaluation the volunteers will be submitted to the evaluation of the length of stay (measurement in seconds) of the lateral plank that predicts the strength of the CORE muscles, the evaluations will be performed at the beginning and at the end of the rehabilitation program.
