In previous literature a placebo randomized control trial was conducted. To examine how3D MFR affects lumbar range of motion and a lumbar lordosis angle in people withasymptomatic hyperlordosis. 30 participants with hyperlordosis who met the inclusioncriteria were selected. Using a lottery approach, these individuals were randomlyassigned to either the experiemental group or control group, keeping a 1:1 ratio. Theexperimental group received 3D MFR and the control group received sham 3D MFR for sixsessions (3 alternate days for 2 weeks). Lumbar range of motion was assessed usingmodified‐modified Schober's test and the lumbar lordosis angle was measured using x‐rayand flexicurve.
