INTERVENTION: Intervention 1: In Intervention group, dry cupping therapy is performed by three special glasses twice a week for two months during the cleansing period .The dry cupping will put under the abdomen in the upper pubic area . The glasses or cups for cupping have 5 sizes that are selected according to the size of the individual.
