Objective: to map health educational technologies aimed at supporting self-care among children and adolescents with cancer. Methodology: scoping review conducted in 2024. Studies involving individuals aged two to 18 years that addressed educational technologies for managing symptoms related to the disease and its treatment were included. Searches were performed in seven information sources, using EndNote Web and Rayyan for duplicate removal and study selection. Data were synthesized in tables for descriptive analysis. Results: the final sample comprised 24 international articles that presented a variety of digital technologies, such as applications, websites, social networks, games, videos, music therapy, and humanoid robots. Drawings, storytelling, symbolic games, cards, and mixed approaches combining digital and physical materials were also identified. These tools expand access to information, stimulate autonomy, and strengthen self-care. Conclusion: educational technologies are effective strategies to promote health and quality of life, and they are essential in nursing practice.
