INTERVENTION: Intervention 1: carbon dioxide insufflation during colonoscopy Intervention 2: room air insufflation during colonoscopy CONDITION: all indications for colonoscopy in children K50 ‐ Crohn disease [regional enteritis] K51 ‐ Ulcerative colitis K59 ‐ Other functional intestinal disorders K92 ‐ Other diseases of digestive system R10 ‐ Abdominal and pelvic pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: post‐interventionall pain reduction 60 minutes after colonoscopy SECONDARY OUTCOME: reduction of pain and bloating, pulmonary CO2 retention, requirement of anesthetics, post‐invertentional discomfort INCLUSION CRITERIA: All patients aged 5 to 18 years that needed a colonoscopy
