The aims of this study are: - Research that is the best of l`ovulation stimlation protocol for in vitro fertilization after pituitary desensitization GnRH agonist - Check if the exogenous LH (contained in hMG) has a néfaster effect on the quality of the oocyte maturation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 115 patients to make an IVF attempt with long agonist stimulation protocol "standard" were ramdomisées into 2 groups: - Group A (57 patients) received ovarian stimulation by pure FSH (Métrodine, Serono) -The Group B received hMG DE (Nep-Pergonal, Serono). The 2 groups received the same therapeutic dose, ie 4 bulbs for 3 days (after 13 days prior pituitary desensitization) and 2 bulbs for 7 days. In the 2 groups, monitoring of ovarian response began in 11º day of stimulation. This was completed with the same product until trigger criteria for hCG. RESULTS: The 2 groups were comparable in terms of seniority of infertility, type of infertility, the age of patients and the number of in vitro fertilization attempts already completed. The results from the stimulation of ovulation are not significativament different between the 2 groups: n`y there was no significant difference in estrogen levels obtained on the day of hCG trigger the d`ovocytes number recuellis by pricking, number of bulbs that were necessary to achieve this result, and duration of stimulation. At the end of the count, the pregnancy rate per retrieval are not significantly different between the 2 groups. CONCLUSION: -ll no higher protocol to another. -The Exogenous LH does not appear to have harmful effects, even in the case of patients who received the biggest quiantités. -The Difference between pure FSH pric (103 F / ampoule) and hMG (48, 30 F / ampoule) for preferring l`utilisation d`hMG when there is no particular problem justifying FSH of Usage pure. These findings, however, must be tempered by the fact that no statistically significant difference in this study does not exclude that a difference may appear in larger numbers.
