INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Group A Manual lymphatic drainage combined with reverse pressure softening: Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) followed by Reverse Pressure Softening (RPS). MLD will include: 2 3 effleurage strokes from sternum to axilla; stimulation of axillary lymph nodes with stationary circles; stationary circles between clavicles directed toward axilla; combined pump and stationary‐circle strokes toward axillary nodes; three repetitions of each stroke line; and final effleurage. Neck drainage will be opened above the clavicle, followed by gentle axillary stimulation, sternal/chest drainage, and sequential drainage of the upper, central, circular, lower breast and lower chest toward the axilla, ending with sternal stimulation. RPS will be performed with the mother supine by applying firm, gentle inward pressure to the areola toward the chest wall for 60 seconds using two thumbs or fingers, followed by alternating pressure in opposite quadrants for repeated 2‐minute periods to displace oedema from the nipple base. Control Intervention1: Group B Manual Lymphatic Drainage alone: Manual Lymphatic Drainage MLD will be performed using a standardized stroke sequence. It will include 2 3 effleurage strokes from sternum to axilla, followed by stationary circles over the axillary lymph nodes and between the clavicles, directed toward the axilla. Combined pump strokes and stationary circles will then be applied, with each line of strokes repeated three times, followed by final effleurage. Neck drainage will be initiated above the affected‐side clavicle using gentle circular strokes. Axillary nodes will be stimulated with small circular pumping movements. The central chest area beside the sternum will be prepared, followed by drainage of the upper breast from the sternum toward the axilla, circular drainage around the breast upward and outward, and drainage of the lower breast and chest upward/diagonally toward the axilla. Sternal chest drainage will be repeated at the end. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: O269‐ Pregnancy related conditions, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: Numeric Pain Rating scale, ; Six point breast engorgement scaleTimepoint: Pre intervention and Post intervention after 5 days of intervention SECONDARY OUTCOME: NILTimepoint: NIL INCLUSION CRITERIA: Age 18 to 35 years. NPRS Score more than 4. Score more than 4 on Six‐point breast engorgement scale. Postnatal mothers. Postpartum Day 3 upto Day 14 Willingness to participate.
