Effect of the combination of vaginal cones to the training of the muscles of the intimate region on urine loss in postmenopausal women who do or do not use hormones for menopause

INTERVENTION: Group 1: pelvic floor muscle training. Duration 40 minutes 2 times a week for 6 weeks, 10 participants in this group Group 2: training of pelvic floor muscles associated with vaginal cones. Duration 40 minutes 2 times a week for 6 weeks, 10 participants in this group Other Pelvic Floor CONDITION: Physical Therapy Specialty Urinary Incontinence Urinary incontinence; physiotherapy ; Urinary Incontinence ; Physical Therapy Specialty PRIMARY OUTCOME: Reduction of urinary loss, verified by the ICIQ‐SF questionnaire (International consultation on incontinence questionnaire ‐ short form) and by the pad test, based on the finding of a decrease in the amount of urine lost in the performance of the post‐treatment test SECONDARY OUTCOME: Decrease in sexual dysfunction, verified through the Female sexual function index (FSFI) questionnaire, based on the decrease in the total score of the questionnaire Increase in quality of life, verified through the King’s health questionnaire, based on the verification of the increase in the score of each domain of the questionnaire INCLUSION CRITERIA: Have been in the postmenopausal period for at least 1 year; between 45 and 60 years of age; have symptoms of urinary incontinence; use hormone replacement therapy for at least 6 months or not use hormone replacement therapy for at least 3 months.
