Role of Homoeopathic Medicines in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Homoeopathic LM Potency medicines: Oral Route of administration liquid form (water as the vehicle) in 100ml amber color bottle 1 teaspoon is added in a cup of water is to be considered as 1st dose 1st dose is given after case taking repetition is based on susceptibility and follow up of the patient follow up at regular interval of 1 month Intervention2: Homoeopathic Centesimal Potency Medicines: Oral route of administration pill form 30 pill size potency is selected based on requirement of patient 1st dosage is given after case taking repetition is based on susceptibility and follow up of the patient follow up at regular interval of 1 month Control Intervention1: NIL: Not Applicable CONDITION: Health Condition 1: F84‐ Pervasive developmental disorders PRIMARY OUTCOME: Changes in the quantitative overall score in severity of symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder by the application of ISAA scale in both the interventional group (Group A is of 50 millesimal potencies and Group B is of centesimal potencies)Timepoint: ISAA scale scoring would be taken at baseline, after 3 months and after 6 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: NilTimepoint: Nil INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1 Sample of both sexes of age group above 3 years and below 18 years irrespective of their race caste religion and socioeconomic status 2 Pre diagnosed ASD cases as per DSM 5 with or without any comorbidities 3 For initial screening only those cases were selected who have fulfilled the criteria of ISAA scale and their score must lie within 70 to 153
