Effects of tranexamic acid in total joint arthroplasty under the management of enhanced recovery after surgery: a randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: control group :NS 100ml i.v. q12h, from 3 days before the operation ;experimental group :TXA 1.5g i.v. q12h, from 3 days before the operation ; CONDITION: arthritis PRIMARY OUTCOME: blood loss; SECONDARY OUTCOME: fibrinolysis index;inflammatory index;coagulation indicator ;hemoglobin level;transfusion;range of motion;length of stay;hospitalization expenses ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis according to the "Classification of Rheumatoid Arthritis" revised by the American College of Rheumatology in 1978 and the classification of rheumatoid arthritis by the American College of Rheumatology and the European Union of Rheumatology in 2010. Kellgren‐LawrenceX line is graded III or IV; 2. Initial unilateral TJA surgery; 3. Perioperative TXA antifibrinolytic therapy.
