INTERVENTION: E06.420.750 Experimental Group I: 60 patients will apply a desensitizing gel with 5% potassium nitrate and 0.2% sodium fluoride in a home bleaching tray. Control group I: the same gel will be used in 60 patients, but without desensitizing agents. For identification purposes, syringes will be marked only with codes that neither operators nor patients can identify. The patient should use the gel for 10 days for 10 minutes, after which the patient will be instructed to remove the tray, wash it and brush the teeth regularly using fluoride toothpaste. Experimental group II: 60 patients will do oral hygiene with pro‐argin toothpaste. Control group II: 60 patients will do oral hygiene with conventional toothpaste without pro‐argin. Patients will be instructed to brush their teeth twice daily with a small amount of the toothpaste for 30 days. Three days before the first bleaching session and prior to oral hygiene, volunteers will also be instructed to apply amounts of pea‐sized toothpaste to every two teeth and massage for one minute using the fingertip followed by brushing from the manufacturer for immediate sensitivity relief). Experimental group III: 60 patients will use non‐selective anti‐inflammatory for COX isoforms (Toragesic SL 100 mg) Control group III: a placebo tablet according to the dosage of the investigational medicinal product will be administered in 60 patients. The medicine will be given every 8 hours. Experimental group IV: 60 patients will use non‐selective anti‐inflammatory for COX isoforms (Toragesic SL 10 mg) combined with analgesic drug (paracetamol 750 mg) for COX isoforms (Toragesic SL 100 mg) Control group IV: a placebo tablet according to the dosage of the investigational medicinal product will be administered in 60 patients. The medicine will be given every 8 hours. Experimental group V: 60 patients will use the antioxidant (vitamin E ephynal 400 mg) Control group V: placebo tablet according to the d CONDITION: C07.793.266 C07.793.735 Dentin sensitivity. Tooth Discoloration. ; C07.793.266 ; C07.793.735 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Expected outcome: Number of patients that report spontaneous pain in any moment of the bleaching protocol and up to 48 h post‐bleaching, through self‐report. This number will be presented as percentage of patients with tooth sensitivity and will be named absolute risk of tooth sensitivity. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Expected outcome: The difference in color between the baseline condition and 1 month post‐bleaching will be assessed by Vita Classical and Bleachedguide Vita shade guide as well as with the Vita Easyshade spectrophotometer. The data will be presented as means and standard deviations. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients with good general health will be included in this study; Age between 18‐50 years of age; Good oral hygiene; Absence of caries in the anterior and inferior teeth; Absence of palatal and vestibular restorations; Upper central incisors with A2 or darker shading, which will be evaluated with Vita Classical scale (VITA Classical Shade, Vita Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, Germany).
