Clinical study on six meridians massage promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic hysterectomy

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Massage therapy;Control group:Basic treatment; CONDITION: Postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction PRIMARY OUTCOME: The recovery time of the first bowel sounds and the time of the first anal exhaust and defecation after operation;Postoperative gastrointestinal motility evaluation form; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Interleukin‐6;Motilin;Vasoactive intestinal peptide; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of benign gynecological diseases, excluding surgical contraindications, elective laparoscopic hysterectomy, or + unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or adnexectomy patients; 2. Patients who received tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and the preoperative ASA classification was grade I or grade II; 3. Female patients, older than 40 years old, less than or equal to 70 years old; 4. The patient himself volunteers to be tested and has high compliance, and can sign the informed consent; 5. The operation time is within 1.5‐4.5 hours, and the anesthesia time is within 1.5‐5 hours.
