INTERVENTION: Experimental Other Tai Chi exercise The treatment group will combine Tai Chi exercise on the basis of medication. Specific details of the treatment protocol will be recorded in a case report form (CRF). This study will use 24‐Style Yang's Tai Chi, which is simplified from the classic 108‐style Yang's Tai Chi and is more suitable for older people to learn and practice in 12 weeks CONDITION: Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a clinical syndrome caused by a combination of factors, which refers to the pathological condition of ventricular filling, impaired ejection and cardiac output cannot meet the metabolic needs of the body. According to research data, CHF occurs well in middle‐aged and elderly groups, with 39.2% of patients aged 60 to 70 year group, 60.8% aged 70 to 80 year group. CHF is the final manifestation of cardiovascular disease and it is the leading cause of death in patients with cardiovascular disease. ; Tai Chi; Chronic heart failure; Randomized Controlled Study; protocol Tai Chi; Chronic heart failure; Randomized Controlled Study; protocol PRIMARY OUTCOME: Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ) 18 weeks Results of the Minnesota Heart Failure Patients Questionnaire SECONDARY OUTCOME: left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) 18 weeks Measurements of left ventricular ejection fraction INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of CHF[1], Doppler ultrasound suggested that the left ventricular ejection fraction of < 50%[11] (2) Aged not less than 18 years and not more than 75 years, regardless of gender (3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) class 3 to 4 (4) Stable condition after drug treatment.
