INTERVENTION: experimental group:Huashi Baidu granule;control group:Regular treatment; CONDITION: COVID‐19 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Negative time of nucleic acid; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Improvement of TCM symptoms and signs; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients with mild Covid‐19 infection aged 3‐18 years old (in line with the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnosis and Treatment Program for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Ninth Edition)); Covid‐19 nucleic acid PCR test is positive, regardless of sex; 2. With symptoms of cough and expectoration; 3. The course of disease is within 5 days; 4. Have not used traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicine preparations with similar functions to this prescription within 24 hours before joining the group; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.
