Meta analysis of the included study with Revmarn5.3 software. Results: 13 studies were incorporated in a total of 1170 patients.Meta analysis showed that acupuncture treatment with chronic pelvic inflammation was more effective than western medicine [RR=1.38,95% CI] ( 1.26,1.52), P≈ 0.00001]; Needle drug combined with treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation is more effective than Western medicine [RR=1.19,95% CI (1.04,1.36), P=0.01]; the difference in incidence of adverse reactions in acupuncture versus control group [R=-0.17,95% CI (-0.54,0.21), P= 0.39]. Subgroup analysis shows that in terms of efficacy, acupuncture, acupuncture and temperature acupuncture are more effective than Western medicines, the acupuncture method is not statistically significant for the difference between Chinese medicines; acupuncture and acupuncture combined with Western drugs is more effective than Western drugs, and acupuncture combined with Western medicines The variance was not statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in abdominal needle, acupuncture and acupuncture method was lower than in the control group, Conclusion: Acupuncture and acupuncture are not statistically significant compared to differences in the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture, acupuncture and acupuncture combined with chronic pelvic bitis have some advantages compared to western medicine, but because of the lower quality of research methodology, the evidence for acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic bitis should be combined with clinical use to be applied in practice.
