INTERVENTION: D000079382 D001007 D002055 D003863 D005065 D011788 D064866 This is a placebo‐controlled, double‐blind, randomized, experimental and longitudinal clinical trial, as it will assess, over time, the impact of online Mindfulness and self‐compassion interventions on levels of stress from work and improvement of QWL and self‐pity. The study will have a quantitative and exploratory approach and is characterized as an analytical research, as it will analyze the data obtained through this study, and descriptive, as it will seek to describe the characteristics of the population and whether there are changes in stress, QWL and self‐compassion of the participants . The guidelines of the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials ‐ CONSORT (Schulz, Altman & Moher, 2010) will follow, which shows guidelines for the design of clinical trials. As it is a placebo‐controlled study, this research has 3 groups. For each group 40 participants will be randomized. One of the groups will be the control group (GROUP C), whose participants, randomized to it, will receive, via whatsapp, booklets on self‐care, sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques and other forms of psychoeducation that do not contain Mindfulness and Self‐compassion practices. These booklets will be sent to GROUP C once a week for 4 weeks. Groups A and B will receive the mindfulness and self‐compassion intervention online, through videos lasting 20 minutes and informative booklets with the same theme (mindfulness and self‐compassion), with one video per week, over 4 weeks. It should be noted that GROUP B differs from GROUP A because the former will have weekly access to the researcher through weekly online meetings for the purposes of dialogue, monitoring of interventions, reading suggestions, etc. It is also noteworthy that the participants of group C ( control) will subsequently be invited CONDITION: D001007 D002055 D003863 This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of online Mindfulness and self‐compassion interventions in reducing stress, depression and anxiety in the workplace. Stress, depression, anxiety, mindfulness, self‐compassion, quality of life.
