A study to evaluate the effectiveness of Acacia caesia Willd. leaves in the management of aphthous ulcer

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K120‐ Recurrent oral aphthae PRIMARY OUTCOME: To know the efficacy of Acacia caesia L .Willd in the following symptoms of Aphthous ulcer ; 1. Toda ; 2. Daha ; 3. Difficulty in chewing ; To compare the effect of Acacia caesia L. Willd. in the form of mouthwash and kashaya on Aphthous ulcerTimepoint: at baseline, 5th, 10th, 20th and 30th day SECONDARY OUTCOME: To know the efficacy of Acacia caesia (L.) Willd in the following symptoms of Aphthous ulcer ; 1. Vrana sankhya ; 2. Vrana pramanaTimepoint: on 0th, 5th,10th and 15th day INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1 Patients of either gender aged between 16 and 30 years. 2 Patients fulfilling the diagnostical criteria of Acute Aphthous ulcer will be considered
