Dental examination including records taken refers to a systematic process in which dentists investigate various facets of patients' oral and general health in order to identify the underlying pathologies or concerns experienced by them. Often, a unique customized treatment plan is developed based on this process in order to maximize patients' oral health while meeting their goals and expectations. This study aims to review the orthodontic clinical record taking, with a particular emphasis on steps undertaken in a private clinic in Australia.
