INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: H401‐ Open‐angle glaucoma PRIMARY OUTCOME: Assessment of Delayed dark adaptation ; assessment of Headache severity/frequencyTimepoint: 0 day, 45th day, 60th day SECONDARY OUTCOME: changes in corrected visual acuity ; changes in IOP from baseline ; changes in Automated perimetry parameters ; changes in OCT parameters ; changes in CDR from baselineTimepoint: 0 day, 60th day INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Patients suffering with clinical features of Kaphaja Adhimantha(POAG). 2.Patients having complaints Delayed Dark Adaptation, Headache.
