This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of myofascial releaseand hand mobilization following flexor tendon repair.Thirty participants who underwent flexor tendon repair will be randomly assigned into twoequal groups.Group A will receive a hand mobilization program in addition to the conventionalrehabilitation program.Group B will receive myofascial release in addition to the conventional rehabilitationprogram.Treatment will be provided according to the study protocol.Outcome measures include wrist range of motion (flexion, extension, radial deviation, andulnar deviation), grip strength measured using a hand dynamometer, and upper limbfunction assessed using the QuickDASH questionnaire.Assessments will be performed before treatment and after completion of the rehabilitationprogram. The study aims to determine whether one intervention provides superior clinicaloutcomes compared with the other.
