Screening biomarkers based on metabolomics and exploring new strategies for cerebral small vessel disease with kidney deficiency and blood stasis of syndrome combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine

INTERVENTION: Group 1:Wenxiao III formula;Group 2:nimodipine; CONDITION: cerebral small vessel disease PRIMARY OUTCOME: Montreal cognitive scale;MMSE scale;ADL scale; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. clinical manifestations: asymptomatic lacunar cerebral infarction, CMB and partial white matter osteoporosis, various lacunar syndromes and vascular cognitive dysfunction;Imaging findings: lacunar infarction (LI) or lacune or white matter lesion (WML) or perivascular space enlargement or cerebral microhemorrhage (CMB); 2. Aged 50 years old and 80 years old; 3. MoCA scale score 10 to 26; 4. with education degree background above primary school; 5. TCM syndrome differentiation for kidney deficiency blood stasis type; 6. subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
