Comparison of mini PCNL with suction technology with flexible ureteroscopy using suction sheath for renal stone disease

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: SUCTION MINI PCNL: IN ONE GROUP SUCTION MINI PCNL WILL BE USED FOR STONE CLEARANCE AND IT WILL BE COMPARED WITH OTHER GROUP UNDERGOING STONE MANAGEMENT BY FLEXIBLE URETERORENOSCOPY USING FANS ACCESS SHEATH. Patient will be followed up till 30 days of surgery. Control Intervention1: flexible ureterorenoscopy using FANS Access sheath: PATIENT WILL BE OPERATED USING FANS ACCESS SHEATH FLEXIBLE URETERORENOSCOPY. STONE CLEARANCE AND OTHER VARIABLES WILL BE COMPARED WITH SUCTION MINI PCNL GROUP. Follow up period of 30 days after surgery will be taken for comparison. stone clearance will be measured during stent removal within 30 days post surgery CONDITION: Health Condition 1: N200‐ Calculus of kidney PRIMARY OUTCOME: TO COMPARE STONE FREE RATE AFTER SUCTION MINI PCNL VS FLEXIBLE URS WITH FANS ACCESS SHEATHTimepoint: Final outcome will be assessed before DJ stent removal within 30 days of surgery. SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare operation duration, length of Hospital stay, complications & reintervention rate in suction mini PCNL & FANS fURSTimepoint: patient will be followed till 30 days after surgery to compare the outcomes. INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA‐ Stone size 1‐ 2 cm , Renal and/or upper ureteric stone requiring surgical intervention
