INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Inj.BUPIVACAINE 0.5 percent HYPERBARIC: Every patient posted for percutaneous nephrolithtomy will be selected based on selection criteria and randomly divided into groups of 74 each by using envelope method namely group I and group II Group I will receive injection BUPIVACAINE hyperbaric 0.5 percent through spinal anaesthesia at L3 L4 spinal space 3.2ml with injection buprenorphine 45 micrograms as additive as a single dose. Group II will receive injection LEVOBUPIVACAINE isobaric 0.5 percent through spinal anaesthesia at L1 L2spinal space 2.4 ml with injection buprenorphine 45 micrograms as additive as a single dose. Control Intervention1: Inj. LEVOBUPIVACAINE 0.5 percent ISOBARIC: Every patient posted for percutaneous nephrolithtomy will be selected based on selection criteria and randomly divided into groups of 74 each by using envelope method namely group I and group II Group I will receive injection BUPIVACAINE hyperbaric 0.5 percent through spinal anaesthesia at L3 L4 spinal space 3.2ml with injection buprenorphine 45 micrograms as additive as a single dose. Group II will receive injection LEVOBUPIVACAINE isobaric 0.5 percent through spinal anaesthesia at L1 L2spinal space 2.4 ml with injection buprenorphine 45 micrograms as additive as a single dose. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: N200‐ Calculus of kidney PRIMARY OUTCOME: To compare the effects of Hyperbaric 0.5 percent bupivacaine and Isobaric 0.5 percent levobupivacaine on hemodynamic parameters in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy under spinal anaesthesia by measuring BP, HR and Spo2Timepoint: Baseline, 2 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes, 12 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, 105 minutes and 120 minutes SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare the time to two level spinal regression of sensory blockadeTimepoint: Time for sensory blockade to reach T8 segment To compare time to reach maximum sensory blockadeTimepoint: Time to reach sensory blockade till T6 segment To observe patient & surgeon satisfactionTimepoint: post operative period INCLUSION CRITERIA: ‐ASA Grade: I & onwards ‐Elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery under spinal anaesthesia with duration of 60‐120 minutes ‐Patients who provided written informed consent
