INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Aculief acupressure device: The LI4 point located on the hand between the thumb and inde Xfinger, also described as the depression where the inde Xfinger and thumb bone go apart will be identified in each patient by asking the patient to adduct the thumb and inde Xfinger, and the point was located at the highest point of the muscle bulge between the first and second metacarpal bone. Aculief acupressure device will be placed on the LI4 point for 3 minute followed the administration of LA. Intervention2: BUZZY BEE: This group included the application of the Buzzy Bee device. The Buzzy Bee will be placed vibrating throughout the procedure of the deposition of local anesthesia. The Buzzy Bee will be positioned at the ramus of the mandible for the inferior alveolar nerve block. Control Intervention1: Conventional Anesthesia: Participants in the control group will receive local anesthesia using the conventional injection technique without the use of any adjunctive pain reduction or distraction device. The same local anesthetic solution, injection technique, and operator will be used as in the intervention groups. CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: To compare the efficacy of Accupressure and BUZZY BEE device in reducing pain perception during LA deposition in pediatric patients aged 8‐10 years using heart rate, FLACC‐R scale and salivary cortisol levels. ; Timepoint: Baseline ; During anesthesia administration ; 30 Minutes after anesthesia administration SECONDARY OUTCOME: NILTimepoint: NIL INCLUSION CRITERIA: Children of age group 8‐10 years with parental consent Normal healthy children Children requiring local anesthesia administration for extraction Children in Frankls behavior rating scale 3 or 4
