INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: H538‐ Other visual disturbances PRIMARY OUTCOME: To study the efficacy of Triphala Ghrut Tarpan with Timirhar Lauha and Saptamrut Lauha Vati in the management of Pratham Patalgat Timir with special reference to simple myopia.Timepoint: 10, 20 ,30, 45 day SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1. To compare the efficacy of Triphala Ghrut Tarpan with Timirhar lauha and Triphala Ghrut Tarpan with Saptamrut Lauha Vati in the management of Pratham Patalgat timir with special reference to simple myopia. 2. To study in detail literature about Pratham Patalagat timira according to Ayurveda. 3. To study in detail literature about simple myopia according to Modern. 4. To Study add on Effect of Triphala Ghrut Tarpan With Timirhar Lauha and Saptamrut Lauha Vati given for 45 days.Timepoint: 10,20,30,45 INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age Group: 12 to 18 years 2. Patient willing for trail 3. A patient having classical symptoms of Pratham Patalgat Timir like Avyakta Darshan, Shirshool, Netra Strava, Netra Klama will be selected. 4. Irrespective of sex, religion, education, and occupation. 5. Patients having refractive error from ‐1.00 to ‐6.00 Diopter will be selected for study
