INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Game‐Based Balance training: Balance training will be given using the Pedalo‐Sensamove system, where a virtual ball moves toward a target through a maze displayed on a screen. The participant controls the movement of the ball by performing pelvic weight shifts while standing on the balance platform. Training will be initiated with the Easy Phase (10 levels) and subsequently progressed to the Medium Phase (20 levels). Each session will be conducted for 30‐45 minutes, including a short rest period of 1 minute between levels, 5 times/week for 4 weeks. Participants will perform tasks in a bilateral stance with eyes open. Progression from the Easy Phase to the Medium Phase will be performance‐based. Intervention2: Game‐Based training: Balance training will be given using the Pedalo‐Sensamove system, where a virtual ball moves toward a target through a maze displayed on a screen. The participant controls the movement of the ball by performing pelvic weight shifts while standing on the balance platform. Training will be initiated with the Easy Phase (10 levels) and subsequently progressed to the Medium Phase (20 levels). Each session will be conducted for 30‐45 minutes, including a short rest period of 1 minute between levels, 5 times per week for 4 weeks. Participants will perform tasks in a bilateral stance with eyes open. Progression from the Easy Phase to the Medium Phase will be performance‐based. Control Intervention1: Conventional Balance training: Begin with standing on a firm, flat surface with feet shoulder‐width apart, eyes closed (3 sets, 30 seconds). Standing with feet together, to reduce the base of support (3 sets, 30 seconds) Tandem stance (heel of one foot directly in front of the toes of the other) (3 sets 30 seconds) Single leg standing (3 sets 30 seconds) Walking backward and forward. (10 reps, 2 sets) Turning in the circle to the right and left (10 reps 2 sets). Sit‐to‐stand repetitions on a chair with armrests (10 reps, 2 sets). Shoulder extension and flexion performed with a piece of Thera‐Band tied to a door handle. While standing on a pillow or foam cushion. (10 reps, 2 sets) CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: Berg Balance Scale ; Balance Error Scoring ScaleTimepoint: At baseline and post‐intervention for 5 times per week for 4 weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: Activities‐specific Balance Confidence Scale ; Geriatric Functional ScaleTimepoint: At baseline and post‐intervention for 5 times per week for 4 weeks INCLUSION CRITERIA: Participants with mild 41‐55 to moderate 21‐40 balance impairment. Able to ambulate independently with or without assistive devices. Willingness and ability to participate in an balance training program
