INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Er,Cr:YSGG laser therapy: Scaling and root planing with adjunctive Er,Cr:YSGG laser therapy Control Intervention1: Scaling root planing: Full‐mouth scaling and root planing will be performed using ultrasonic and hand instruments without adjunctive laser therapy.
