INTERVENTION: Cognition Diet Exercise International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Other Polyphenols There will be 2 groups of 13 people, and there will be randomization and crossover. First, they were physical activity without the consumption of grape juice, and will be evaluated pre and post 30 days of activity. Motor function Assessments (balance test, 6‐minute walk test and time up and go Test) and blood collection for biomarker evaluation will be performed. There will be a wash out period of 14 days and subsequently the same procedure will be performed second time adding the consumption of grape juice (400 mL) per day with the practice of aquatic activity. CONDITION: Antioxidants Diet Exercise Parkinson Disease The effect of grape juice consumption associated with aquatic exercise improves parameters of oxidative stress, epigenetics and functionality in participants with Parkinson's disease Parkinson, exercise, diet ; Parkinson Disease ; Antioxidants ; Diet ; Exercise PRIMARY OUTCOME: The primary outcome will be the assessment of BDNF levels and oxidative stress parameters before and after intervention. BDNF levels are expected to increase and oxidative stress parameters to decrease. Cognitive function will also be assessed before and after intervention, and cognitive function improvement is expected, as well as an improvement in volunteer functionality. SECONDARY OUTCOME: It is expected to verify an improvement in the clinical status of volunteers, trying to minimize the deleterious effects of the disease, and may somehow improve the lives of these people. INCLUSION CRITERIA: The participants with diagnosis of Parkinson's disease will be included after a confirmation by qualified professional, who accept to participate in the intervention, the included participants must regularly attend Parkinson's care in the clinic of the Southern Methodist University Center.
