A Comparative Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Eolengfang Traditional Decoction and Formulated Granules in the Treatment of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Endometriosis

INTERVENTION: Traditional Decoction Group:TCM Decoction Group: Eleng Formula (Sanleng 10g, Ezhu 10g, Danshen 15g, Yujin 10g, Chishao 15g, Biejia 10g, Zhiqiao 15g). Prepared by hospital pharmacy. One dose/day, twice daily, after meals, warmed. Start on days 1–2 after menstruation ends, 14 days/course, for 3 cycles.;Formula Granule Group:Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Granule Group: Receive the Chinese herbal formula "Eleng Formula" in the form of concentrated granules, consisting of: Sparganii Rhizoma (Sanleng) granules 10g, Curcumae Rhizoma (Ezhu) granules 10g, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radi X(Danshen) granules 15g, Curcumae Radi X(Yujin) granules 10g, Paeoniae Radi XRubra (Chishao) granules 15g, Trionycis Carapa X(Biejia) granules 10g, and Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao) granules 15g. Administration: One sachet in the morning and one sachet in the evening, dissolved in approximately 150 mL of warm water for oral intake. Medication begins on days 1–2 after the cessation of menstrual bleeding and is taken for 14 consecutive days as one treatment course. The treatment is continued for a total of 3 menstrual cycles. The study drug is provided by the hospital pharmacy.; CONDITION: Endometriosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: VAS; SECONDARY OUTCOME: EHP‐5;serum CA125 level;Endometriosis lesion volume; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1)Diagnosed clinically or surgically with endometriosis, accompanied by dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, or dyspareunia, with a VAS score =3; 2) Diagnosed in traditional Chinese medicine as "qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome" related to endometriosis‐associated pain; 3) Age =18 years, not postmenopausal, with a regular menstrual cycle (21 35 days); 4) Negative urine pregnancy test before enrollment, and contraception during treatment; 5),; 6) Signed informed consent.
