Application of Bushen Ovulation Decoction Combined with Acupuncture to Control Ovarian Hemodynamics in the Treatment of Unruptured Follicular Luteinized Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: To explore the application of Bushen Ovulation Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of unruptured follicular luteinized syndrome by regulating ovarian hemodynamics. METHODS: 88 patients with unruptured follicular luteinized syndrome who were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were divided into controlled group and observation group by random number table method. The patients in the controlled group were treated with Bushen Ovulation Decoction and intramuscular injection of Chorionic Gonadotropin( HCG). The patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Ovulation Decoction combined with acupuncture and intramuscular injection of HCG. The scores of TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment,and the cervical mucus score was measured before and after treatment. The two groups of patients after treatment of biphasic body temperature and corpus luteum function were evaluated and analyzed. The recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome( LUFS) were compared between the two groups. The levels of E2,LH,P and ovarian artery blood flow were analyzed before and after treatment in both groups. RESULTS: The result of the observation group whose pregnancy rate and ovulation rate were significantly higher than those of the controlled group( P< 0. 05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,cervical mucus score,LH,E2,P,RI and PI levels between the two groups( P>0. 05). After treatment,the scores of TCM,cervical mucus,LH,E2,P,RI and PI levels were significantly better than those before treatment( P<0. 05),and the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group( P<0. 05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group( P<0. 05). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the controlled group( P<0. 05). CONCLUSION: Bushen Ovulation Decoction combined with acupuncture can regulate the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of patients with ovarian hemodynamics,improve the scores of traditional Chinese medicine and cervical mucus score,improve the level of LH,E2,P,RI,PI and so on. Ovarian hemodynamics-related indicators,and significantly reduce the recurrence rate of patients. It is worthy of widespread clinical use.
