BATHE-Family Medicine

Study Design:A single‐blind, randomized controlled intervention trial conducted in a primary caresetting.Intervention & Control:All visits were conducted by a single physician.Intervention Group: Received 5‐7 minute BATHE technique consultations (Background,Affect, Troubling, Handling, Empathy) along with routine lifestyle and medication advice.Control Group: Received routine primary care advice on medication adherence and lifestylechanges.Follow‐up & Measurements:Visits occurred at baseline (face‐to‐face), 3 months (online video), and 6 months(face‐to‐face).Blood pressure, BMI, and waist circumference were measured at baseline and 6 months.Treatment adherence and medication compliance scales were administered at baseline and 6months.
