The effect of education on awareness of occupational health and safety instructions and musculoskeletal disorders related to work in staff ICUs

INTERVENTION: In the control group, routin method for transport patient will be use. Intervention 1: Training for group intervention (for any shifts morning, afternoon, evening separately) in two 2‐hour workshop will be, The first workshop, which includes educational goals and educational content standards (prepared by the investigator based on modified (OSHA) on how to properly transport patients for a period of 30‐45 minutes will be distributed, Then the issue will be discussed in a group discussion and the questions and answers will be done.In the second workshop staff how to properly transport patients (from stretcher to bed, bed to stretcher, bed to bed, bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed) in the form of practical training under the supervision of a researcher on the replica will train,. Timepoint: Three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using work‐related musculoskeletal disorders questionnaire (survey on work‐related musculoskeletal disorders among nigeruian nurses. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders. Timepoint: Three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Check list of clinical nursing procedures. INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA: participants are aged between 18‐50 years old; have at least one year of work experience; willing to participate in the study; employees of transport and movement of patients based on OSHA guidelines are not observed; the patient has no pain. Exclusion criteria: participants have bone surgery, Scoliosis, fractures, pregnancy, osteoporosis, cancer, multiple sclerosis; turn over (resignation and pension) or change part in the study.
