INTERVENTION: Others(Koryo Hand Therapy) : A total of 64 older women with urinary incontinence will be recruited and randomly assigned to either the intervention group (n = 32) or the Sham comparator group (n = 32). Koryo Hand Therapy will be administered once weekly for si Xconsecutive weeks. A pressure pellet patch consisting of a 4‐mm metallic pellet attached to a 1.2‐cm adhesive patch will be used for the intervention. A single‐blind design will be employed, whereby participants will be unaware of their group allocation, and both groups will receive visually identical pressure pellet patches. Participants will be instructed to maintain the patch for 4 hours and to repeatedly apply pressure to the pellet using the opposite hand during the application period. In the intervention group, pressure pellets will be applied to acupoints associated with antidiuretic function, sleep regulation, urinary correspondence points, sleep‐related points, urinary‐related points, and basic Koryo Hand Therapy points. In the control group, placebo stimulation will be applied to acupoints unrelated to urinary incontinence or sleep, including points corresponding to the small intestine, large intestine, lung, and spleen. The effects of the intervention will be evaluated by assessing urinary incontinence symptoms, sleep quality, and quality of life before and after the intervention.
