INTERVENTION: Blank control group:Blank control;Three round pile training group:Three round pile training;Rehabilitation training group:Rehabilitation training; CONDITION: upper cross syndrome PRIMARY OUTCOME: Visual Analog Score;FSA;Neck, chest and shoulder soft tissue tension;FHA; SECONDARY OUTCOME: scroe of static posture of the sagittal plane;compliance assessment;HAMA; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) 18 years old=age=25 years old; (3) The disease course is between 2 months and 12 months; (4) Those with bone and joint system diseases (such as congenital scoliosis, deformity, bone tuberculosis, bone tumors, etc.) are excluded; (5) Those who participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
