INTERVENTION: Compression Bandages Hydrotherapy Manual Lymphatic Drainage Other The study will consist of 20 subjects, which will be randomized into 2 groups (10 patients in each group). Intervention: aquatic physiotherapy: will be contemplated with exercises in the pool with immersion at the time of the xiphoid process. The session will last approximately 50 minutes and will follow the following protocol: Walking; Kinesiotherapy; Jetted jet pool whirlpool throughout the compromised limb. After the water exercise session, patients have bandaged limb lymphedema. control intervention:: You should receive a physiotherapeutic protocol consisting of Complex Decongestive Therapy twice a week for 10 weeks, lasting approximately 50 minutes, based on the recommendations of the International Society of Lymphology, 2013 and the study by Soares et al. al, 2016. Therapy will involve manual lymphatic drainage; kinesiotherapy and functional compressive bandage performed using tubular mesh, foam and elastic bandages; skin care and hygiene with guidelines on cleansing and moisturizing the affected limb. All participants will be properly monitored throughout the study. CONDITION: Lower limb lymphedema ; Lymphedema Lymphedema PRIMARY OUTCOME: A reduction in lower limb lymphedema, measured by centimeter perimeter at the end of the intervention, is expected. SECONDARY OUTCOME: An improvement in patients' quality of life is expected, using the short form of the Quality of Life Questionnaire ‐ SF‐36 as the evaluation method. It is expected to increase the range of motion of the ankle joint as measured by goniometry. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Lower limb lymphedema
