INTERVENTION: All pit and fissure surfaces are etched with 3Mâ?¢ ESPEâ?¢ Scotchbondâ?¢ Universal Etchant contains 37% by weight phosphoric acid for 30 seconds, then thoroughly rinse the teeth with air/water spray to remove etchant, air‐drying until the etched surfaces appear chalky‐white, Adperâ?¢ Single Bond 2 (3Mâ?¢ ESPEâ?¢, US) is applied to all pit and fissure surfaces with micobrush then thin out using an air syringe and light‐cured for 10 seconds, apply sealant (Helioseal clear) with microbrush to all surfaces, then use the explorer along the groove to enhance sealant penetration and also remove the bubbles, and light‐cured for 20 seconds per surface. After that the sealants are checked by explorer for retention and any defects. The occlusion will be checked with articulating paper, adjusting if needed. If any of each step has contamination, all procedure will be repeated., All pit and fissure surfaces are etched with 3Mâ?¢ ESPEâ?¢ Scotchbondâ?¢ Universal Etchant contains 37% by weight phosphoric acid for 30 seconds, then thoroughly rinse the teeth with air/water spray to remove etchant, air‐drying until the etched surfaces appear chalky‐white, apply sealant (Helioseal clear) with microbrush to all surfaces, then use the explorer along the groove to enhance sealant penetration and also remove the bubbles, and light‐cured for 20 seconds per surface. CONDITION: Previously untreated two fully eruption permanent molars in contralateral side of upper/lower or both jaws with carious lesions (ICDAS score 2‐4) in functional occlusion, without frank cavity of denti ; Resin sealant; Bonding agent ; Occlusal caries; Retention Resin sealant; Bonding agent ; Occlusal caries; Retention PRIMARY OUTCOME: Retention (complete/partial/missing retention) [Timeframe 6, 12, 18, 24 month Clinical examination (visualization/ tactile sensation)] SECONDARY OUTCOME: N/A [Timeframe N/A N/A] INCLUSION CRITERIA: ‐ Healthy children without any systemic diseases who are 6‐14 years old ‐ Voluntary under the consent of parents or caregivers ‐ Cooperative behavior during dental procedure ‐ Previously untreated two fully eruption permanent molars in contralateral side of upper/lower or both jaws with carious lesions (ICDAS score 2‐4) in functional occlusion, without frank cavity of dentine lesion ‐ Bitewing radiography shows radiolucent involved less than or equal to outer1/3 of dentin
