INTERVENTION: Control group:sham stimulation;Intervention group:Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy; CONDITION: Acute large vessel occlusion cerebral infarction PRIMARY OUTCOME: Absolute change in hypoperfusion volume before and after treatment(CBF, Tmax, MTT, CBV); SECONDARY OUTCOME: NIHSS score, mRS score and cerebral CTP at 2 weeks post enrollmen;Rates of all adverse events in the study;Proportion of patients with functional independence (mRS score 0–2) at 90 days;NIHSS score, mRS score and cerebral CTP at 90 days post enrollmen; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Aged 18–80 years; 2.Clinical diagnosis: Ischemic stroke caused by acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion (internal carotid artery, M1/M2 segments of middle cerebral artery); 3.Received endovascular treatment (thrombectomy, aspiration, etc.) with successful recanalization confirmed within 24 hours postoperatively (mTICI grade >= 2b); 4.The patient's condition remained relatively stable within 24–48 hours after the procedure, with stable vital signs and no progressive worsening of neurological deficits; 5.Present with evident limb motor deficits; 6.Informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative.
