Objective: To observe the efficacy of neurorehabilitation reconstruction therapy in the treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction in children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. Methods: 24 children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 12 cases in each group. All children received Bobath technique, massage, and cerebral circulation therapy. On the basis of the above, the treatment group used the WOND2000F2 neurorehabilitation reconstruction instrument to perform electromyographic triggered biofeedback stimulation on both lower limbs. At the beginning and end of the treatment, the modified Ashworth scale was used to measure the changes in the gastrocnemius muscle tension of the children, and the angle of passive movement of the ankle joint was measured with a joint protractor.
