Machine Learning–Based Prediction of Individual Response to Acupuncture in Patients with Depression of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

INTERVENTION: Acupuncture:Acupuncture treatment;Sham acupuncture:sham acupuncture; CONDITION: Depression PRIMARY OUTCOME: Hamilton Depression Scale; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index;Hamilton Anxiety Scale; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Age range: 18 ‐ 65 years old, gender not restricted; (2) Meet the above criteria for Western medicine diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation; (3) Have a HAMD score of = 8 points and < 25 points, indicating mild to moderate depression; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study, able to sign the informed consent form, and capable of completing the scale assessment.
