To see the effect of training in laparoscopy on the performance of surgery trainees in the operation theatre

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Training in training centre, Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the operation theatre: Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, Comparison of residents who have undergone training in laparoscopic surgery and those with no training Control Intervention1: Laparoscopic Training Group: Residents who have received 5 days of training in laparoscopic surgery in addition to trainig as a part of their residency Control Intervention2: Standard Training Group: Residents who have received only the training as a part of their residency and no additional training CONDITION: Surgical residents with atleast two years of training in the department PRIMARY OUTCOME: 1. Improvement in operative room performance at time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy ; 2. Comparison between two groups‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: At the time of cholecystectomy SECONDARY OUTCOME: Nil‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: NA INCLUSION CRITERIA: Residents who had completed two years of training in the Department of Surgical Disciplines and had performed and assisted in various open and laparoscopic procedures were included
