Supraspinatus tendinitis is a common disorder of the rotator cuff characterized byinflammation and degeneration of the supraspinatus tendon, typically resulting fromrepetitive overhead activities, mechanical impingement beneath the acromion, orage‐related degenerative changes. This condition often leads to shoulder pain, reducedrange of motion, and functional impairment during arm elevation and overhead movements.Recently, Studies demonstrated that the addition of TECAR therapy to a standardphysiotherapy regimen improves shoulder pain, disability, and passive range of motion inpatients with adhesive capsulitis, supporting the use of TECAR as an effective modalityin shoulder musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
