Preventive and therapeutic effects of early application of Shenfu injection on septic cardiomyopathy: a randomized controlled study

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Shenfu injection+guided treatment;Control Group:guided treatment; CONDITION: septic cardiomyopathy PRIMARY OUTCOME: Incidence of septic cardiomyopathy on the day 5;the improvement of cardiac function in patients with septic cardiomyopathy on the day 5; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Duration of vasoactive drug use;Duration of cardiac drug use;Fluid balance in the previous week;Duration of continuous renal replacement therapy;Mechanical ventilation time;Oxygen therapy modality and time length;Length of ICU stay;Length of stay in the hospital;ICU mortality;28‐day mortality; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Age between 18 and 80 years old, male or female; Meet the criteria of sepsis 3.0: infection +SOFA >=2 points; Stay in ICU within 48 hours of onset; Voluntary signing of informed consent form
