INTERVENTION: Control group:Conventional treatment;therapy group:Conventional treatment+traditional Chinese medicine;The Healthy control group:none;The AA control group:none; CONDITION: Chronic cyclosporine nephropathy PRIMARY OUTCOME: LC3‐II;SOD;Beclin‐1;Ang(1‐7);ACE;p62;MDA;Klotho;TGF‐ beta 1;Ang II;Serum creatinine;ACE2; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Blood urea nitrogen;CysC;Uric acid;ACR; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for aplastic anemia; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic cyclosporin A nephropathy; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes; 4. Patients are between 18‐75 years old; 5. Aplastic anemia, infection, acidosis, electrolyte disturbance, high blood pressure, etc. are well controlled; 6. No other organ failure.
