INTERVENTION: Control group:Routine pulmonary infection care :1. Impaired gas exchange and ineffective airway clearance: Regularly turn over and pat the back, enhance oral care and comprehensive management, promote effective expectoration, and suction sputum when necessary; 2. Prevent potential complications: Take corresponding measures to prevent septic shock, adopt the supine position, increase the return blood volume to the heart, expand the volume, correct acidosis, and carry out anti‐infection treatment, etc. 3. Nutritional imbalance: It is necessary to enhance nutrition and consume foods rich in protein, such as beef, milk, fish, lean meat, etc. If necessary, nasogastric feeding can be considered. 4. Abnormal body temperature: Follow the doctor's advice and take corresponding drug treatment, physical cooling, etc. 5. Damaged skin integrity: To prevent pressure sores, frequently turn over, wash, massage, tidy up and change. On the basis of the above, apply the vibration expectoration device (Zhuhai Hippo Medical Instrument Co., LTD., specification: (v18, Guangdong Medical Device Registration No. 20152260494), the patient is placed in a lateral position. The initial vibration frequency is set at 20 times per second. Then, the vibration frequency is adjusted according to the patient's condition changes and tolerance. The percussion head is placed on the patient's back, and the sputum is discharged by vibration in sequence from top to bottom and from outside to inside. This is done twice a day, each time for 10 minutes. Treat once a day for two consecutive weeks. The situation is observed and recorded by full‐time nurses.;Trial group:Based on the control group, the active breathing circulation technique (ACBT) was adopted: 1. Abdominal breathing training ‐ relaxation: The patien CONDITION: Stroke‐associated pneumonia PRIMARY OUTCOME: Clinical pulmonary infection score (CPIS): Including body temperature, white blood cell count, tracheal secretions, oxygenation status, X‐ray chest films, the progression of pulmonary infiltration shadows and tracheal aspirate culture.; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Cure rate of lung infection: Including cure rate, effective rate and inefficiency; Pulmonary function assessment: Forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP), maximal expiratory pressure (MEP).; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients diagnosed with stroke in accordance with the 2015 edition of the "Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015" must be confirmed by CT or MRI in all cases; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of SAP and is confirmed by chest X‐ray; 3. No obvious consciousness disorder, Glasgow Coma Scale score >8, age 55‐80 years old; 4. Patients with stable vital signs and no severe cognitive impairment; 5. Those who are willing to accept the treatment plan of this subject and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
